Your First Steps: From Inquiry to Deployment

The step-by-step journey from first inquiry to live deployment

From first message to working robot — here's the sequence

There's no complicated onboarding process. This is how it works:

1. Reach out

Fill out the form at helpforce.ai/schedule-a-meeting, drop a message on WhatsApp, or email us at [email protected]. Give us a rough sense of your facility and what you're trying to solve.

2. Walkthrough call (30 minutes)

We get on a call — no pitch, no deck. We ask about your facility, your current operations, what's not working, and what you want a robot to do. We'll tell you within that call whether your use case is a fit and what the deployment would look like at a high level.

3. Scoped proposal

If it makes sense to move forward, we put together a proposal scoped specifically to your facility. This includes the technology approach, timeline, and pricing. Every proposal is custom — we don't have off-the-shelf packages.

4. Facility scanning

We conduct a point cloud scan of your space. This is non-intrusive and usually takes a few hours depending on facility size. Operations don't need to stop.

5. Simulation build and robot training

We build your facility in NVIDIA Omniverse and train the robot in NVIDIA Isaac Sim. This phase happens entirely in software on our infrastructure — not at your site.

6. Deployment

Hardware arrives at your facility. Because the robot has already been trained in your environment, commissioning is fast. You go live.

What you need to bring

  • Access to your facility for the initial scan

  • A point of contact who understands current operations (operations manager, facility head)

  • Basic network infrastructure at the facility (WiFi or LAN — we'll confirm requirements during the walkthrough)

We handle the rest.
