We keep it minimal — you don't need to do much
One of the design goals of our approach is that it doesn't require significant preparation on your side. Here's what actually needs to come from you:
Access for the facility scan
We need access to your facility for 1–2 days to conduct the point cloud scan. Your operations don't need to stop — we work around your schedule.
A knowledgeable point of contact
We need to spend time with someone who understands your current operations — an operations manager, facility head, or warehouse manager. This person helps us understand workflows, constraints, and what success looks like for your operation. This is typically 2–3 conversations.
Basic network infrastructure
Robots need reliable connectivity on the floor — either WiFi or wired LAN depending on the unit. We'll confirm exact requirements during the walkthrough. Most warehouse and industrial facilities already have sufficient infrastructure, but we'll flag it if there are gaps.
Floor layout documentation (if available)
If you have existing floor plans or facility drawings, those are useful inputs. If you don't, the point cloud scan is sufficient — we don't require documentation you don't have.
What you do NOT need to prepare
No special software or hardware on your end before deployment
No technical team required — we bring the expertise
No facility modifications required in most cases (specific situations may vary)
No training programs for your staff to complete upfront — we provide simple operational guidance after go-live
