Infrastructure requirements are minimal — most facilities are ready
We designed our deployment process to work with existing industrial infrastructure, not require you to rebuild it. Here's what we need from your facility environment:
Floor surface
Most commercial autonomous robots require smooth, level flooring — standard warehouse concrete or epoxy-coated floors work well. Uneven surfaces, significant debris, or loose materials on the floor can create operational challenges. We'll assess floor condition during the walkthrough.
Aisle and clearance dimensions
Robots need minimum clearance widths to navigate safely. Most standard warehouse aisles are compatible. If your facility has unusually narrow aisles or low clearance areas, we'll map those during scoping and account for them in the simulation.
Power access for charging
Robots need charging stations — essentially a dedicated power outlet and a physical docking space. Placement is determined during the simulation phase to minimize downtime from charging runs.
Network (WiFi or LAN)
Covered in detail in the Network & Connectivity Requirements article.
Structural or facility modifications
In most deployments, no structural modifications are required. Where minor changes are needed — adding a charging station, improving WiFi coverage, or adjusting shelving clearances — those are identified during the proposal phase and accounted for in the project scope.
