Can We Try Before Committing?

No hardware trials — but you do see simulation proof before you commit

There is no "try before you buy" — but you do see it before you commit

We don't offer trial deployments with hardware on a temporary basis. Deploying a robot to your facility is an engineered project — it requires facility scanning, simulation build, training, and commissioning. That process isn't reversible like a software subscription.

What you do get before committing

That said, you won't be asked to commit to hardware without seeing your specific deployment work. Here's what the pre-commitment phase looks like:

  • 30-minute walkthrough call — Free. No obligation. We map your use case and tell you whether it's a fit.

  • Scoped proposal — A clear breakdown of technology approach, timeline, and pricing for your facility.

  • Simulation demo — Before hardware is ordered, we can show you the robot operating in a simulated version of your facility. You see the deployment in software before any hardware is procured.

The simulation demo is the closest thing we have to a "try before you buy" — and in many ways it's more useful. You're not seeing a generic demo robot doing generic tasks. You're seeing your layout, your workflows, your specific deployment.

If you're still not sure after the demo

Say so. We'd rather address your concerns in the proposal phase than have an unhappy client after deployment. If the simulation demo doesn't convince you the deployment will work for your operation, we want to know why — and either fix it or honestly tell you it's not the right fit.
