Integration depends on your systems and the robot's capabilities
Robots deployed by Helpforce AI can integrate with some existing facility systems — but this is scoped per deployment, not a blanket feature.
Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Some warehouse robot platforms support API-level integration with WMS software — allowing the robot to receive task assignments from your system directly (e.g., a pick order triggers a robot dispatch). Whether this is available depends on both the robot hardware platform and your WMS. We'll assess this during scoping.
Security system integration
Security robots can be configured to send alerts to your existing security operations center or monitoring software. If your facility has an existing CCTV management system or access control platform, we'll assess integration options during the proposal phase.
What we don't do
We are not a systems integrator for generic enterprise software. We integrate robots with relevant facility systems as part of a deployment — we don't offer standalone integration consulting.
What to tell us about your existing systems
If you have a WMS, CCTV platform, or access control system you want the robot to connect to, name it on the walkthrough call. We'll tell you whether integration is feasible, what it involves, and whether it's something to include in the initial deployment scope or add later.
