API Access & Developer Resources

How API access works in Helpforce AI deployments — for dashboards and system integration

We don't have a public API — but API access is part of how deployments work

Helpforce AI is a deployment services company, not a software platform. We don't publish a public API for third-party developers to build on top of.

However, API access is built into specific deployment use cases where it makes your operation work better. Here's how that works:

Where APIs come into play

Client dashboards and monitoring interfaces

For clients who want to view robot status, patrol logs, alerts, and operational metrics inside their own internal dashboards — rather than logging into a separate Helpforce interface — we can expose operational data via API to feed into your system. This means robot telemetry, event data, and status feeds can appear inside a dashboard your team already uses.

This is discussed and scoped during the deployment proposal phase. If you have an existing operations dashboard or monitoring tool you want robot data fed into, flag it early.

Warehouse Management System (WMS) integration

Warehouse robots on compatible hardware platforms can receive task assignments via API from your WMS — for example, a pick order in your system triggers a robot dispatch automatically. The robot reports task completion back to the WMS via the same channel. Full WMS integration details →

Security system integration

Security robot alerts and event data can be pushed via API or webhook to your existing security operations software, CCTV management platform, or notification systems. Full security integration details →

Custom integration requests

If you have a specific system you want the robot to talk to — an ERP, a proprietary operations platform, an SMS alerting system — raise it during scoping. We'll assess what's technically feasible given the hardware platform and your system's integration capabilities, and quote it as part of the deployment. Custom integration requests →

The principle

API access is a tool we use to make deployments work better for your operation — not a product we sell separately. If there's a system you already use that would be more useful if it could see your robot's data or send it tasks, that's a conversation worth having.
