If you have a specific integration requirement not covered in our standard documentation, the right path is to raise it during the walkthrough or proposal phase — not after deployment has started.

What we don't build
We don't develop custom software integrations, middleware, or bespoke applications outside of our deployment scope. We're not a software development agency. If an integration requires significant custom development on our side, we'll tell you clearly and honestly whether it's something we can absorb into the engagement or not.

What the integration needs to do (what data flows where)
Whether this is pre-deployment or a post-deployment addition
We'll assess it and respond with what's feasible and what it would involve.
