Helpforce AI is not a subscription platform. There are no card details, billing portals, or payment methods to update through a dashboard. All billing is handled via bank transfer and invoiced directly under Vetta Ventures.
What you might need to update — and how
Invoice addressee or company name
If the billing entity on your side has changed — a new legal name, a different subsidiary, updated address — email [email protected] with the corrected details. We'll update all future invoices accordingly and reissue any recent ones if needed.
Accounts payable contact
If the person receiving and processing invoices on your team has changed, let us know the new contact's name and email. We'll update our records so invoices reach the right person.
Bank reference or PO number requirements
If your finance team requires a purchase order number, internal reference code, or specific remittance details on invoices, email us and we'll apply it to all future invoices. Better to set this up at the start of an engagement than fix it retroactively.
