All Helpforce AI engagements are currently invoiced and paid via bank transfer. We do not process credit card payments, and we do not use online payment portals.

Invoices are issued in PKR and settled via local bank transfer to Vetta Ventures' registered account. Bank details are included on each invoice.

We are not currently onboarding GCC clients. If an international engagement arises, payment terms will be agreed on a case-by-case basis and documented in the project agreement.

All invoices are issued under Vetta Ventures (FBR NTN registered). If you require specific invoice formats for your accounts payable process — tax breakdowns, company registration numbers, specific reference codes — tell us when the engagement is being scoped and we'll accommodate it.
