No cancellation policy in the subscription sense
There is no subscription to cancel. Helpforce AI engagements are project-based — governed by a project agreement with defined milestones, not a recurring contract that auto-renews.
Stopping an engagement mid-project
If you need to stop an engagement before it's complete:
You are liable for payment up to the last completed milestone — work done is work owed
Subsequent milestones that haven't been reached are not invoiced
Any hardware that has already been procured or ordered on your behalf at that point will need to be addressed per the terms of your agreement — we'll work through the specifics with you directly
Ending post-deployment support
If your deployment is complete and you want to end a post-deployment support arrangement, the notice period and terms are defined in your support agreement. Contact [email protected] to initiate this conversation.
