No cancellation policy in the subscription sense

There is no subscription to cancel. Helpforce AI engagements are project-based — governed by a project agreement with defined milestones, not a recurring contract that auto-renews.

Stopping an engagement mid-project

If you need to stop an engagement before it's complete:

  • You are liable for payment up to the last completed milestone — work done is work owed

  • Subsequent milestones that haven't been reached are not invoiced

  • Any hardware that has already been procured or ordered on your behalf at that point will need to be addressed per the terms of your agreement — we'll work through the specifics with you directly

Ending post-deployment support

If your deployment is complete and you want to end a post-deployment support arrangement, the notice period and terms are defined in your support agreement. Contact [email protected] to initiate this conversation.
