Compliance & Regulatory Context

Compliance context for Pakistan-based deployments — PECA, data handling, and client responsibilities

Regulatory compliance context for Pakistan

Helpforce AI operates primarily under Pakistani law as a company registered through Vetta Ventures (FBR NTN registered). Here's how compliance applies to our deployments:

Pakistan Electronic Crimes Act (PECA)

We operate in compliance with PECA and other applicable Pakistani data and cybercrime regulations. Video footage from security robots and operational data are stored and accessed in accordance with lawful requirements. We do not provide footage or data to authorities without proper legal authorization.

Data handling in Pakistan

We follow best-practice data handling standards applicable to our operations in Pakistan. As Pakistan's data protection regulatory framework continues to develop, we monitor and adapt to new requirements.

No public space surveillance

Security robots deployed through Helpforce AI are configured for use within your privately owned or controlled facility. We do not support deployment for public space surveillance or monitoring of individuals without lawful basis.

Client compliance responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring that their use of deployed robots complies with applicable local laws — including any requirements related to employee notification, data retention, and CCTV regulations in their province or city. We can provide technical documentation to support your compliance process on request.
