How payments are secured and how to spot fraudulent payment requests

How we handle payment security

All Helpforce AI payments are made via direct bank transfer β€” we do not process card payments, and we do not use third-party payment portals that would handle your card or banking credentials on our behalf.

Bank transfer security

Bank details are provided on official invoices issued from [email protected] under Vetta Ventures. Always verify that invoices come from this email address before making a payment.

Fraud awareness

We will never ask you to change bank details via WhatsApp, an unsolicited phone call, or any channel other than a formal invoice. If you receive a payment instruction through an unusual channel or one that differs from your existing invoice, do not pay β€” contact us immediately at [email protected] to verify.

Invoice authenticity

If you have any doubt about whether an invoice you've received is genuine β€” wrong format, unexpected amount, unfamiliar contact β€” send it to [email protected] and we'll confirm within hours whether it's legitimate before you take any action.
