Helpforce AI does not offer in-house financing, deferred payment arrangements, or equipment leasing. All engagements are paid per the milestone schedule defined in the project agreement.

The milestone-based payment structure is designed to distribute costs across the project lifecycle rather than require a single large upfront payment. In most engagements, you pay incrementally as each phase is completed and verified.

If your organization has specific payment timing constraints — for example, budget cycles that affect when you can release funds — raise this during the proposal phase. We'll work with your timeline where we reasonably can.
