Payment follows project milestones — not a billing cycle
Helpforce AI is not a subscription service. There is no monthly billing cycle, no renewal date, and no automatic payment. All payments are tied to project milestones defined in your agreement.
How milestone billing works
Each project proposal defines the milestone structure — typically 4–5 milestones across the life of the engagement. An invoice is issued when a milestone is reached and the associated work is completed. You review and pay that invoice before the next phase begins.
Example milestones (actual milestones are scoped per project):
Milestone 1: Project kickoff and facility scan
Milestone 2: Simulation build completed
Milestone 3: Robot training completed and simulation demo signed off
Milestone 4: Hardware delivery and commissioning
Post-deployment support billing
If your engagement includes an ongoing post-deployment support arrangement, the billing terms for that are defined separately in the agreement — typically as a quarterly or annual arrangement rather than per-milestone. Details are scoped per project.
