Video & Sensor Data Storage and Retention

How video footage and sensor data are stored, retained, and accessed

Video and sensor data from deployed robots

Security robots and warehouse robots generate continuous video and sensor data during operation. Here's how we handle storage and retention:

Security robot video footage

Continuous video footage from security robots is stored on secure cloud infrastructure. Default retention periods are defined in your deployment agreement β€” typically 7–30 days of rolling footage, after which older recordings are automatically purged. If your facility has specific regulatory or insurance requirements for footage retention, we can configure the retention period accordingly.

Sensor telemetry and navigation logs

Navigation data, sensor readings, and operational logs from all deployed robots are retained for the duration of the engagement and for a defined period post-engagement. This data is used for remote monitoring, performance analysis, and retraining. It is not shared externally.

Incident footage

Footage flagged as part of a security incident or operational anomaly can be marked for extended retention and made available to your designated personnel and, if relevant, to law enforcement with appropriate authorization.

Access to stored data

Your designated personnel have access to video footage and operational logs from your deployment. Helpforce AI technical staff access this data only for monitoring, maintenance, and support purposes. Access is logged.

Data deletion on engagement close

On engagement conclusion, data retention and deletion timelines are handled per the terms of your project agreement. If you require expedited deletion, contact [email protected].
