Access to your facility's simulation models and operational data is restricted to Helpforce AI personnel directly working on your deployment. We use role-based access controls — no one has access to client data beyond what their role requires.

All data transmitted between your deployed robots and our monitoring infrastructure is encrypted in transit. Camera feeds and telemetry are not transmitted over unencrypted channels.

We host on AWS infrastructure, which operates under its own comprehensive security and compliance framework. Our configurations follow AWS security best practices, including private networking, access logging, and restricted public exposure.

If we detect a security incident affecting any system that touches your data, we notify you promptly and take immediate remediation steps. We don't sit on security incidents.

Facility-side security is a shared responsibility. We'll outline during deployment what access your team should and shouldn't have to the robot's management interface, and provide clear guidance on who to contact if something looks wrong.
