All deployment engagements are governed by the individual project agreement signed between Helpforce AI (Vetta Ventures) and the client. The project agreement takes precedence over general terms for deployment-specific matters.
Helpforce AI operates as a deployment services company, not a software licensor. No software license is granted through an engagement — what is delivered is a deployed, operational robot system.
Facility data collected during scanning and deployment is handled per the terms described in our Data Privacy & Protection article.
