We don't have hidden fees
Every proposal we send includes a clear breakdown of all costs: scanning, simulation build, training, hardware, commissioning, and post-deployment support. Nothing gets added later that wasn't discussed upfront.
What you should know:
No software licensing fees — We are a deployment company, not a SaaS platform. We don't charge ongoing platform fees.
Post-deployment support is quoted as part of the proposal, not added on later. We'll define exactly what's covered.
Hardware costs are clearly itemized. We source hardware from partners; we don't mark it up as a black box.
Scope changes — If your facility requirements change materially during the project (layout changes, expanded scope), that would affect the quote and we'd discuss it with you before proceeding. We don't absorb scope changes silently and invoice at the end.
