Your facility's simulation model belongs to your deployment
As part of our simulation-first methodology, we build a precise digital model of your facility — built from point cloud scan data and hosted in our cloud infrastructure. This model is used to train your robot and support ongoing maintenance and retraining.
Who owns what
Your facility's physical layout and operational data belong to you. The simulation model built from that data is maintained by Helpforce AI for the sole purpose of supporting your deployment. It is not repurposed for other clients, shared externally, or used for any training purposes beyond your specific engagement.
What happens to the model if we end the engagement?
If a deployment engagement concludes, we retain the simulation model for a defined period as part of potential reactivation or support handover. After that period, the model is archived or deleted per the terms agreed at the start of the engagement. If you want the model data transferred to you, raise it — we'll work through what that looks like technically.
Specific data governance requirements
If your organization has specific data residency, retention, or ownership requirements — legal, contractual, or regulatory — bring them up early in the process. We'd rather address governance requirements during scoping than negotiate them after signing.
