Helpforce AI is an early-stage company. We don't hold ISO 27001, SOC 2, or similar certifications currently. We want to be upfront about that rather than obscure it.
What we do instead
We follow industry best practices for data security, access control, and infrastructure management — including:
Encrypted data transmission for all robot telemetry and video feeds
AWS infrastructure with private networking and access logging
Role-based access controls for all client data
No third-party data sharing

If your organization requires certified vendors
If your procurement process requires specific security certifications (ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II, etc.), raise this during the proposal phase. We'll be honest about where we are and what documentation we can provide. Depending on your requirements, we may be able to provide alternative assurances or documentation.
