Access Control & User Permissions

Who can access your deployment systems, data, and robot interfaces

Who has access to what

Access to your deployment's systems, data, and robot management interfaces is structured carefully. Here's how it works:

Your side β€” client access

Your designated personnel (the individuals you nominate during onboarding) have access to:

  • The robot's operational monitoring interface (live status, patrol logs, alerts)

  • Video footage from security robots (for authorized security personnel)

  • Incident logs and audit records

You control who within your organization gets access. We'll set this up during the commissioning phase based on your nominated list.

Our side β€” Helpforce AI access

Helpforce AI technical staff have access to your deployment's systems for the purpose of remote monitoring, maintenance, and support only. This access is logged. We don't access your data for any purpose beyond supporting your deployment.

No third-party access

Your deployment data is not accessible to any third party. Hardware vendor support teams may require limited telemetry access for hardware-specific diagnostics β€” this is handled transparently and only with your knowledge.

Revoking or changing access

If personnel change on your side, contact us to update access credentials. We take access changes seriously and process them promptly. For urgent access revocation (e.g., a terminated employee), email [email protected] immediately with "Urgent Access Change" in the subject line.
