Reporting a security concern about your deployment
If you notice unusual robot behavior, a suspected data access issue, or any other security concern related to your Helpforce AI deployment, here's what to do:
Operational security issues (robot behavior)
If the robot is behaving unexpectedly β deviating from its route, responding to incorrect triggers, or showing behavior that seems inconsistent with how it was deployed β contact your deployment team point of contact immediately, or email [email protected] with the subject line "Deployment Issue β [Your Facility]." Include a description of the behavior and the time it was observed.
Data or access security concerns
If you believe there has been unauthorized access to your deployment's monitoring interface or data, email [email protected] immediately with the subject line "Security Concern." We treat these as high-priority and will respond urgently. Change any known credentials immediately while waiting for our response.
Physical security incidents at the facility
If the robot's detection systems have flagged an intruder or physical security incident, follow your facility's existing incident response protocols β escalate to your human security team and, if warranted, law enforcement. The robot's footage and event logs will be available to support the response.
If you want to report a vulnerability in our systems
If you've discovered a technical vulnerability in any Helpforce AI system, email [email protected] with "Vulnerability Report" in the subject. We take responsible disclosure seriously.
